At Collectif Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your retro-inspired purchases. If your items aren't quite the right fit, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your unworn items with all original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship the Parcel
Print your generated returns label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
